Consultation and Design
For the past 14 years I have been practising and researching home and commercial organic horticulture. I am passionate about contributing to a regenerative local food system, specifically within the fields of mixed fruit production and no-till market gardening. I am committed to the process of designing and improving growing systems so that they are cost effective, beautiful, scalable, and make the most of our energy and material inputs. Whether you live in the city, suburbia or a farm, I would love to help you make the most of the earth beneath your feet.
Workshops
These can be tailored to suit you and/or your group’s needs. Past workshops have included orchard design; fruit tree training, pruning and espalier; no-till home and market gardening; composting; water harvesting; propagation; food preservation and more. I can come to a location that suits you and your group, or I can host here at George Street Orchard.
